【重要】ファンクラブリニューアルのお知らせ (JP/EN/KR)
いつもSTAYCへ温かいご声援をいただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、2024年6月3日(月) 12:00 にSTAYC JAPANオフィシャルファンクラブ ”SWITH JAPAN” 及びオフィシャルグッズサイトをリニューアルすることが決定しました！
リニューアル後は、より良いサービスのご提供を行って参ります。
SWITHの皆さまにお楽しみいただける様々な企画も用意予定ですのでお楽しみに！
なおリニューアルに伴い、システム会社が株式会社bemyfriendsへ変更となります。運営はLikey Entertainmentで継続して行われます。
現在ファンクラブにご入会中の皆様(会員期限が現時点で残っている皆様)に関しましては、リニューアル後もサービスを継続してご利用いただける様、既存の[STAYC JAPANオフィシャルファンクラブ ”SWITH JAPAN” ]にご登録の会員情報を移管するために下記リンクから同意手続きをお願い致します。

※会員番号に関して
現在デジタル会員証に記載されている会員番号は、引継がれません。6月3日(土) 以降は新しい番号が付与されますので、今後は新会員番号をご利用下さい。
＜会員情報の移管に同意いただける方＞
会員情報はそのまま移行されますので、2024年6月3日(月)以降も引き続きご利用いただけます。その際に別途料金は発生しません。現時点での会員有効期限までご利用頂けます。
会員番号及びオフィシャルグッズサイトの購入履歴は移管されませんのでご了承下さい。
※2024年6月3日 リニューアル後、初回登録・ログインを行っていただくことで会員情報の照合を行い、ご利用が可能になります。その際、「現在ファンクラブにご登録のメールアドレス」のご入力が必要となります。
＜同意いただけない方＞
会員期間満了の期日を問わず、2024年5月31日(金)23:59をもって自動的に退会となります。
リニューアル後に再度ご入会を希望される場合は改めて新規入会いただく必要がございます。
尚、退会に伴う会費等の返還は行いませんので、予めご了承ください。
<現在無料会員としてご登録の皆様>
会員情報は移行されません。リニューアル後、再度無料会員登録をして頂くとサービスを御利用頂けます。
■新規入会について
旧サイトでのお手続きは、2024年5月13日(月) 20:00をもって一時停止いたしますが、リニューアル後（6月3日(月)以降）に再開しますので、現在ご入会検討中の方はいましばらくお待ちください。
■継続手続きについて
＜会員有効期限が2024年4月末の会員様＞
旧サイトでのお手続きは、2024年5月31日(金) 20:00まで受付致します。
リニューアル後のサイトでのお手続きは2024年6月3日(月) 12:00から受付致します。
本来、有効期限が2024年4月末の方の継続期間は2024年4月末までとなりますが、リニューアルに伴い6月末まで継続可能です。
＜会員有効期限が2024年5月末の会員様＞
旧サイトでのお手続きは、2024年5月31日(金) 20:00まで受付致します。
リニューアル後のサイトでのお手続きは2024年6月3日(月) 12:00から受付致します。
本来、有効期限が2024年5月末の方の継続期間は2024年5月末までとなりますが、リニューアルに伴い6月末まで継続可能です。
＜会員有効期限が2024年6月末以降の会員様＞
リニューアル後のサイトにて継続お手続き頂けます。
お手続きは2024年6月3日(月) 12:00から受付致します。

[Important] Announcement on the Renewal of the Fan Club
Thank you always for your warm support towards STAYC.
We are excited to announce that the STAYC JAPAN Official Fan Club "SWITH JAPAN" and the official merchandise site will be renewed on Monday, June 3, 2024, at 12:00! After the renewal, we will be offering better services. Please look forward to various plans that we have prepared for all SWITH members to enjoy!
With the renewal, the system will be changed to BeMyFriends Co., Ltd., but the management will continue under Likey Entertainment. For current members of the fan club (those whose membership is still valid), we ask for your cooperation in transferring your existing membership information registered with [STAYC JAPAN Official Fan Club "SWITH JAPAN"] by proceeding with the consent procedure through the link below.

※Regarding Membership Numbers
The membership number currently listed on your digital membership card will not be carried over. A new number will be assigned after Saturday, June 3, so please use the new membership number thereafter.
<For Those Agreeing to the Transfer of Membership Information>
Your membership information will be transferred as is, so you can continue to use the services after Monday, June 3, 2024, without any additional charges. You can use the service until the current membership expiration date. Please note that the purchase history on the official merchandise site will not be transferred.
※ After the renewal on June 3, by logging in for the first time, your membership information will be verified, and you will be able to use the service. At that time, you will need to enter "the email address currently registered with the fan club."
<For Those Who Do Not Agree>
Regardless of the expiration date of the membership period, you will automatically be withdrawn on Friday, May 31, 2024, at 23:59. If you wish to join again after the renewal, you will need to apply for a new membership, and the previous membership number cannot be carried over. Please note that no refunds of membership fees will be made due to withdrawal.
<For Those Currently Registered as Free Members>
Membership information will not be transferred. After the renewal, you can use the service by registering as a free member again.
■About New Membership
The process will be temporarily suspended on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 20:00, but will resume after the renewal (from Monday, June 3, onwards). If you are considering joining now, please wait a little longer.
■About Continuation Procedures
<For Members with Membership Expiration at the End of April 2024>
The existing site will accept procedures until Friday, May 31, 2024, at 20:00.
The site after renewal will accept procedures from Monday, June 3, 2024, at 12:00.
Originally, the continuation period for those whose validity ends at the end of April 2024 would be until the end of April 2024, but due to the renewal, it will be possible to continue until the end of June.
<For Members with Membership Expiration at the End of May 2024>

2024년 6월 3일(월) 12:00 에 STAYC JAPAN 오피셜 팬클럽 "SWITH JAPAN" 및 오피셜 굿즈 사이트의 리뉴얼이 결정되었습니다!
리뉴얼 후에 더욱 좋은 서비스를 제공해 드릴 예정입니다.
SWITH 여러분이 즐길 수 있는 다양한 기획도 준비될 예정이니 기대해 주세요!
리뉴얼은 시스템 회사인 주식회사 비마이프렌즈로 변경됩니다. 운영은 Likey Entertainment에서 계속 운영합니다.
현재 팬클럽에 가입중인 회원님들(회원기한이 현시점에 남아있는 회원분들)에 대해서는 리뉴얼 후에도 서비스를 지속적으로 이용할 수 있도록 기존의 [STAYC 신규사이트에 가입]하신 회원정보를 이관하기 위하여 아래 링크를 통해 동의절차를 진행하여 주시기 바랍니다.
